BODYSTEP is a simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform and uplifting music. You can expect to achieve toning for the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination, and upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength. BodyStep Express-45 min version of a 60 min class…what do we leave out? Not the sweat, that’s for sure!


A complete lower body workout with focus on low impact cardio. We’will use a step for lunging and light free weights for resistance. Abs and Core afterwards make for one sweaty workout!

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


Total conditioning, totally awesome! This class incorporates dumbbells, barbells, tubing, exercise balls, the step, you name it we use it. All major muscle groups are worked. We will incorporate movements from traditional weight training, functional training and core stability programs.
