Spinning

Schedule

Spinning is for anyone who enjoys a group workout with a motivating instructor. All terrain rides with flats, hills and sprints. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Everyone is welcome!

Please note: Space for these classes is limited. Arrive for class a little early to set up. Bring a water bottle, dress in close fitting layers, and prepare to sweat….we’ll supply the towels! Please notify the instructor if you are attending for the first time.
