Katie took her first yoga class in 2004 and fell in love with it immediately. Since then, she has focused on her own practice and also shared the practice of yoga with many individuals. Her students have found her yoga classes to be a great workout, while also providing an opportunity to slow down, relax, and practice mindfulness techniques.
Staying flexible in your body, as well as your mind, is one benefit from yoga that she is grateful for and hopes to share with others. Katie also teaches Barre, which is a combination of dance, yoga, pilates, and resistance training. All of her classes are challenging, fun, and creative. Please come try one of her classes. She currently teaches Barre on Tuesdays at noon, yoga on Thursdays at 10:45am & 6pm & rotates on weekends.
