Join our small or large group training programs. Large group training is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which is a fun, efficient & very effective way of getting in shape & losing weight while still building strength. We recommend that you attend 2-3 sessions a week.
Small group training combines 2 days of HIIT with 2 days of lifting each week to help build more muscle & strength. You may choose to attend the 3 days of lifting each week with 1 day of HIIT (see small group training flier for 3 days a week for lifting times).
