Self Defense for Women
Wednesdays, 6 to 6:45 p.m..
Class will focus on the basic techniques and forms of Shorin-ryu Karate and learning to apply those techniques in practical self-defense situations. Classes emphasize a challenging cardiovascular workoutand help develop strength, balance, coordination, self-perfection, self-control, focus and situational awareness. Karate can be a lifelong activity that promotes a high level of physical fitness as well as practical self-defense skills. No previous experience, or special equipment needed.
